Oxmoor Toyota is full of employees that will do anything to sell a car, lying is only a small part of their scam! Don't let them scam you out of your hard earned money, you will not get a good deal. I did my research and they have 47 complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau! I was negotiating on a car and I was really close to making a deal. They came back to me and went up on their price telling me that I had 30 seconds to accept it or someone else was going to buy it. I got up to leave and they then told me they would find me another vehicle. They had me sign the contracts (without a VIN#) and I gave them $1000. The finance manager Ahmir is a slick one...he tried to charge me 8.5% on my interest rate, after I shared with him that it should be lower, he said that was what Toyota was offering. I personally called Toyota Motor Credit and was told that was too high! I then found a lower rate with another bank and called Ahmir back. He was then willing to lower the rate after having to haggle with him on the price.

This was the mild part. That night I returned the so called GM back and told him I didn't want the car. He started yelling and would not let me talk. He told me that I would not get my money back. I then shared with him that I have put a stop payment on the check, and he stated that what I did was a FELONY. Forget the fact that I wasn't in a legal contract. I told them that they would not even be able to find the car and he said that he already did. Big LIE! After this bad experience I did my research... 1. It is not a legal contract without a Vin# 2. The dealership should have given me copies of the contract, and I received none! 3. According to the national association of dealers I did not have to buy the car since delivery was never taken. Oh did I mention that they lyed to me about finding the car in another dealership? There was no FJ Cruiser in this color nationwide!
