Complaint Review: Oxygen Botanicals

My name is Shannon cooper and my e-mail is scooper_1973@yahoo.com. About a month ago I ordered a sample pack from the oxygen botanical store. Supposedly was suppose to get $100 worth of products for only a $7 shipping charge. 2 weeks went by and I've received nothing in the mail so I contacted them. They said they don't know what went wrong and would try to figure it out. So another week went by and I hear nothing so I contact them again telling them that I will file a report and report them with paypal if they don't respond in the next 2 days about the products I purchased. I haven't heard from them since. Nothing! they have totally evaded the issue and ripped me off of my money! they are thieves and it is not right what they did to me.. They might not do it to everyone but just the fact that they handled the situation like they did with me should deter anyone from wanting to give someone any of there business.
