OYO Hotels Fraudulent reservation Eloy Arizona
I booked a room through travelocity to stay at an OYO hotel 1/24-1/25. When I arrived at 8:30 p.m. I was informed by the front desk my room was unavailable due to the hotel being remodeled. They only had a hand full of rooms even usable, and several people had been turned away. the desk clerk also told me she was refunding my money to travelocity.
I contacted travelocity the afternoon of 1/25 and they told me I had to collect from Oyo hotels. Oyo claimed I checked in at 3:30 p.m but could NOT produce any documents of me signing in. However, I showed my fuel receipt from 1:20 p.m. in a town THREE HOURS AWAY from the hotel I supposedly checked in to.
It has been 8 months now and Oyo Hotels has YET to refund my money. This is even after receiving a letter fro Legal shield informing them of their violation. Oyo is run by Indians. Not Native Americans but S.E. Asia Indians. THey are liars and thieves.
