They want you to cesh this check and then send "via Western Union" the $3,860.00, to them to cover the fees? Then they will send you your winnings?
What will happen is,your bank will cash the check, you send the money,and you will never hear from these people again! Then in 2 weeks your check will bounce! and you will be out almost 4 grand.
