God Awful! I placed an order in Early September. Only half arrived. I emailed to find out what happened to the other half and they didn't know. So I looked it up on Fedex. It had been shipped BACK TO THEM with a delivery exception. They promised to re-ship. Then nothing for the rest off September and all of October. November 11th I email them to find out what happened. And they tell me that they don't know what was in the missing shipment so I'm going to have to tell THEM what was in it. Then they promise to reship. Now it's early December. I tell them forget it, just give me a refund. They say they can't it's already been shipped. I look up the FEDEX number and it was "shipped" right after I asked for a refund. HOW SHADY!!! DON'T DO IT!!
