Ozbo Didn't ship items, provided false information, non-responsive Internet

Worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Ever.  I placed my order of three items on Nov 28, 2011 and received an order confirmation the same day.  That is the last that I heard from them for weeks. When I called to find out where my order was, a customer service rep informed me that two of my three items had been on back order, but were now available. She then had to manually push the order through for processing. 
What would have happened had I not called?
Another week passed, and I received NOTHING. I then emailed help@ozbo.com to follow up, and the next day received a shipment confirmation. When I received the shipment, there were only TWO of my THREE items in the box.  The missing item was circled on the packing slip, and "B/O" was handwritten next to it.
I have since emailed the company no less than three times, and posted on their Facebook page trying to get a response from the company. Not only have I received no response (today is Jan 2, 2012) but they removed my Facebook post and BLOCKED ME FROM THEIR PAGE.
If you can find what you are looking for on ANY other website, even at a higher price, I would recommend you buy it there.  I am in utter disbelief of the way that I have been treated.
