I will start off and say that I did get my order. I was looking for a Milwaukee M12 Hackzall and Ozbo had the best price. I like the idea of buying stuff from smaller companies and trying to help them out by doing business with them, but this time it was a mistake. I read some reviews on RipoffReport.com, but decided that it wouldn't happen to me. After placing my order I received and e-mail that said, "We're going to wow you!" This is how they did it!

I placed my order June 23, 2012. I ordered a Milwaukee M12 Hackzall and the website said, "Hurry - Only two left in stock!" Cool! I figured I'd place my order and get it within a week-and-a-half.

After a week and five days I decided to shoot an e-mail when the "status" of my order still said, "To Warehouse" (in fact it still says that). I called the next day and was told by Michelle that my item was back-ordered and would ship on July tenth. I called again, around the 15th and was told again that my order would ship soon. I was still being calm and polite, but I was getting nervous. Was I getting scammed? Why did they lie about the shipping? Will I get my item?

I finally got a bit irritated, so on July 17th I sent an e-mail to them explaining that three-and-a-half weeks was pretty ridiculous, and the website should have stated that the item was out of stock. During the times when I was told "the item is out of stock," the website either stated that there were two in stock or three in stock. Only finally today, July 23, 2012 does the website display, "Temporarily Out of Stock."

Ozbo charged me within a couple days of placing my order, but admitted to not even having the item in stock. That was a little disturbing to me. Also, I was never notified by e-mail that my item was out of stock, nor did I get a tracking number until 8:43 P.M. on July 20, 2012. I never received a reply to my e-mail from July 17th.

On Friday July 20th I was ready to call my bank and tell them to put a hold on the money. Obviously Ozbo's super-fast shipping must have been broken, and their "great" customer service failed to reply. I decided to call one last time. I spoke with Terry (if I heard her correctly, and explained my issue. She was pretty snappy, but I tried to ignore it. I gave her my order number and she asked me what I wanted. I thought it would be pretty obvious, so I told her I was wondering where on earth my order was.

"We're shipping it today."

"Okay, well I was just wondering because it's been almost four weeks ..."

"That's why we're shipping it today!"

I don't understand why she was being a jerk. Their customer "service" failed horribly and she had no good excuse to be rude. I had a good reason to be mad; they lied to me about the shipping, failed to answer my e-mails, were jerks on the phone, caused me lots of worry, etc. That was no good way to do business.

I did get my package the next day and inside was Ozbo's packing slip. "Thank you so much!" it says. "We hope we've WOW'd you with your order." Also at the bottom it says, "5 Stars! PowerReviews.com" I was curious so I looked at powerreviews.com and searched "Ozbo." All I got, "Your search yield no results. So much for someone rating Ozbo five stars!

Don't buy from Ozbo.com unless you can wait a few months. You might be pulling your hair!
