Complaint Review: P&S Transportation

My husband worked for P&S Transportation for a couple of years and was overall satisfied with them. That is, until he decided to quit. Every week a certain percentage of his check was taken out and put into a maintenance account. As a Lease-to-own driver, This account was used if there were things that needed to be repaired on the truck. He was never able to borrow money from that account, even though it was his money because he earned it. When he quit we were told that after 45 days the money would be returned. It has been 45 days and now they claim that they had to use the entire amount to make repairs on the truck. When my husband turned his truck in, it was completely fine. They are losing drivers like crazy because they are full of B.S. We were expecting them to keep the money because other drivers that left them said that the same thing had happened to them. So I’m telling you right now, stay far away from P&D and any of the other companies that they’ve recently purchased.
