P & U wireless INC. wireless store I was passing the stores saw a guy outside handing out flyers so i just went in ti check on what the have on sale the guy was showing me all different phones heard my sister was talking about getting a phone decided to pick up the phone hoping to make her feel good that she did not had to go and get it and will just paid me back what i had paid for it. Decided to call her to let her know to meet with the disturbing news that it is not a good phone and she would not pay $160.00 for a posh phone decided to turn right back with the phone to meet with the news no cash back never knowing that because he placed the reciept into the bag without my knowledge of no cash back. I stand there pleaing to him i got my kids to take of don't have that kind of money to spend right now of no avail so a police car out side ask them to intervene was of no help to me i i left the phone and with him i got the reciept and that was it i came home. brooklyn New York
I purchase a cell phone for my sister with the intention of her giving back to me my cash. After purchasing the cell Phone for $160.00 decided to call my sister telling her about the cell phone i bought and the brand to greet with the news that it was a $80.00 cell phone and it is not a good brand. I turn right back not realizing the guy stock the bill in the bag with the cell phone and it is no cash refund. Is after i keep on pleaing to him then he said check your bill and that was the ripoff. I decided to stop a Police car with no help at all. All i did walk out with the bill because i had already give back the cell phone to him. I NEED MY MONEY BACK.
