I was one of six operating the company as of July 18, 2013.  This firm's only function is to restone an erection for mostly seniors. I started with the company in April, 2011. At that time the co. have three offices.  As of my last day with the firm

they had eleven offces in nine states.  The firm sold medication to paients  (injection directly in the p***s) to help solve erection dysfunction,  so far this was fine.  As of Nov 11,2012 the firm started telling patients that  they can cure ED if they spend Ten thousand dollart up front on their first visit  Prior to this change of strategy they sold an average of $800 worth of medications per new patient.   As of Nov 2012  they told thee seniiors that they canh cure them (which is not pssible) their average sales went to $6,000 per patient.  They also for he first time in co. history decided to pay a bonus to their salesforce, depending of the amount they sold.  Prior to this illegal strategy a sales lperson received $35,ooo per year income and after they offered salary and this special bonus they averaged $225,000 per year.per

salesmen, thoughout the contry.  Their incentive was not to sell three or six monts meds but to pitch them on how to  solve their problem with one up front fee of as high as $15,000.  If patient did not have the money, they were offered a   loan( no matter how low their fico score way.)  My job was to call existing patients to reorder their medications. not to sell them on this bogus strategy of solving or curing their problem.

It is now one year since the comany told patients that they can cure their Ed within one year.  The above office in Wayne pa. saw at least 2,400 patients in this last year times the other eleven office ( they were also doing the same thing_ equals about 27,000 seniors as old as ninty five years old and average seventy one years of age.

There is no such thing as curing ED.  Telling seniors  to  inject  themselve  every day  would solve their problem.  It is now one year since the first patients were told they would be cured.  The firm is counting to two facts to stay out of trouble.  1. give back the money if  the patients threaten to go to the attorney general or anyone else.  The second reason is the embarasment of the patient.  They do not want either their partner to find out and/or that  they took out a loan for $12,000

The firms owner Rick Neswonger and jr. partner Dr. Hornsby specifically pushed these illegal ideas.
