Filled false 1099 IRS forms with stolen social security
numbers. In addition my personal identity has been
compromised in relation to $8,000 in 2006 & $13,000
in 2007. This is categorized as tax evasion and fraud.
Furthermore I have contacted Pac Comm Inc regarding
this issue & left several messages & I have yet to confront
this situation. I think it's a shame that a Miami, Fl construction
company is able to perform these kind of scams under the
radar, so to speak. Identity theft has not just ruined these
last 3 years for me, but it has also caused the IRS to freeze
all my accounts and hold my income tax returns. My income
tax returns alone estimates over $3,500 for 2008 & 2009. Money that
I could have used in these trying times. Finally in addition to
this Mess caused by Emmanuel Pacin of Pac Comm Inc.
the IRS is stating that I owe them over $7,000 for unpaid taxes.
Pac Comm Inc. has sheltered over $21,000 while using my
name & that money proposed by the IRS is a direct result
of the falsified documents provided by Pac Comm Inc, Miami, FL.

I'm writing this letter to Rip Off Report to show that Pac Comm inc. Has recompensed me the money owed to the I.R.S. for the fiscal years mentioned above. There was some sort of accounting error and since they realized it after auditing there Corporate books for the last 4 fiscal years, they made an honest attempt to make things right. They corrected all issues with the I.R.S. and with me. Thank you very much Pac Comm Inc. I am very impressed with your timely response and for correcting any and all errors for your previous C.P.A.
