PaceButler Deceptive Practices Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
On April 23rd I get a solicitation phone call from PaceButler representative Jerremy Ford stating that they buy old cell phones. I own a recycling center so I told him I have a lot. I sent the phones which included iPhones, Galaxy, ETC... smart phones and older models alike. He told me to send them all. He replied by email that he did in fact receive the box of phones on May 13th. When I hadn't heard anything from them I emailed on June 22 to see what the status was. Jerremy informed me that he was on vacation on his honeymoon and was sorry for the delay. On June 24th he emailed me and stated that the box of phones had no value but would be sending a check for $50 anyhow. It is August 5th and I cannot get a response, nor have I seen any form of payment for the box of phones. The website is totally deceiving. This company is a RIP OFF!
