Alice and Robert are rip offs. They designed our club ring. We ordered their minimum of 5 rings. At about the 3rd month I messaged for an update. Heard nothing back. Have checked repeatedly. Leaving message after message on both of their email addresses and voicemails on the phone. Eight months no rings no contact.
