I recently visited the Pacifc Stereo in Long Beach, CA and they completely ripped me off. They sold me crappy monitors which broke and fell right out of their mounts in the car, which were actually taped to the back. No refund was offered and they now claim I was never a customer! DO NOT trust any store of this branch: Pacific Stereo. Very unproffesional - all of them - total scammers. I should have trusted my instincts when I visited the place, as it looked like everything was mass-sold and stolen. (Items and merchandise were on the ground, etc.) Also 2 members of the staff are racist as they called my black friend something which I will never repeat. This store needs to be shut down NOW!
