On Dec 2 2010 I purchased a chrome front motor cycle wheel and chrome lower fork legs for my 2009 Harley Davidson from Pacific Chrome Services.The agreement was that opon receiveing them I would return the unplated lower fork legs for a $30 refund.Opon receiveing them I found that they had shipped me a rear wheel by misstake.They agreed to refund my shipping cost plus the refund for the unplated lower fork legs because it was their mistake.They received the rear wheel and lower legs on Dec. 20 2010.About 10 days I received my front wheel.After many calls and Emails and many promises I have not received the $30 for the lower legs,or the $52 for shipping back their mistake.As of Jan.26 2011 I have not received anything.

all i can say about pacific chrome services is that they do pretty good quality on plating, i have done some business with them on a old casting wheels, to be specific on a '98 motorcycle wheels and some other parts, and they take some time, but after all my parts look like new..when they have a delay on the turn around time, they always explained that the old casting takes more labor. they also refund my money when i"m not agree with something. i will definitely keep doing business with them.
