I bought a chrome belt pulley for my Harley on E-BAY.Pacific chrome sent me a wrong part,and when I called they said send it back and they would send me the correct part and reimburse me for shipping. 2 weeks later I recieved a different wrong part and they said send it back again. This time I foolishly agreed to send the pulley from my bike so they chrome it and send me the corrct pulley and chrome mine for my trouble. 3 weeks later they sent me the wrong pulley again( not mine),they said send it back and they would get it corrected. Now I am out $120.00 for the part,$75.00 for shipping and they cant find my part,after almost 2 1/2 months of phone calls and e-mails I have no part and I am out $195.00 and they wont return my phone calls or e-mails. If this is there idea of customer service I cant believe they can survive as a business. Please be very carefull dealing with these folks as they are incompetent and dishonest
