Complaint Review: Pacific Coast Re-Bath Of Camarillo

We signed a contract with Camarillo Re-Bath for a SHOWER ENCLOSURE on 9/22/08. Forget about any one day job completion!!! We paid the balance on Dec.8, 2008 thinking that was it !! Imagine our surprise when we got a bill for $800 for a SHOWER DOOR!!! One would think a SHOWER ENCLOSURE would include a DOOR!!! That is what we told camarillo Re-bath when they weren't being rude or hanging up on us!!!

We actually thought Corporate could help us out - forget that!!! Camarillo Re-Bath called and threatened to take us to small claims. They turned us over to a collection agency that kept harassing about a shower door that we thought came with a "Shower Enclosure"!!?? Now an Attorney has called us saying we owe $1200 but would settle with a one time offer of $450. What a classic case of Elder Abuse!!! I am lucky I didn't have a heart attack.

I am warning all prospective clients of Camarillo Re-Bath - DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! I would not recommend Camarillo Re-Bath services to anyone I cared for or not!!! They do not do what they say or advertise!!!
