Estimate was $1,627; final bill was $3,577, movers refused to unload until we paid, but gave us $300 off for a cashier's check.

Used an excess of packing materials and charged us for it, charged four hours travel time at $126/hour from their location. Move distance was four miles from old home to new.

Crew was late several hours, asked me to buy them lunch, surly attitudes.

Move was clumsily handled, truck was too small, brought in another, then another.

Furniture was broken, pieces missing, and broken dresser mirror was promised to be repaired and returned. Never happened.

Final insult. One of the movers urinated all over my bathroom toilet...seat, lid, base.
