Had a horrendous experience with this company. They sent the wrong color shutters and then were totally unhelpful. Finally got the right color but delayed. Then they sent a third set that I never ordered and when I called about it, they couldn't even find me in the computer despite my giving them the number on the packing slip.  Very disorganized and customer service 100% unhelpful.  I asked if they would give me some compensation for my inconvenience (I had to cancel contractor because of their error and house was not ready on time for when I wanted it done) and they said I could take 15% off a future order (when of course I'd never order from them again!).  I asked customer service multiple times to speak to someone higher up and they repeatedly refused and were non-responsive.  Quality of product was very shoddy too--seams on shutters did not meet up, etc.  Very disappointing experience and I hope that posting this will prevent someone else the aggravation we endured.
