PACIFIC COLUMNS workers deliberately damaged returned merchandise so as not to give refund. Brea California
The City of Los Angeles would not approve Pacific Columns for my store because of 'earthquake' rules. When my contractors arrived to return the columns to Pacific Columns....Pacific Columns workers would not allow my contractors to help them unload the truck. Instead the Pacific Columns workers slid the columns roughly off the truck, which marked one of the columns with a black mark, and than continued to throw the shafts onto the ground. When I reported this event to Robin McNair, Service Manager, she continually gave me the 'sorry' speech. I continually explained that it was her workers that made the black mark on the column, not my men. Robin refused and unfairly deducted a huge amount of monies.
Important to the consumer. I learned a big lesson. If you have to return anything to Pacific Columns, please make sure you are present, and refuse their workers to touch any of the merchandise. Pacific Columns workers are obviously trained to make sure any returned merchandise must be damaged, so that big portion of monies are not returned to the consumer.
