Pacific Excursions - Fabain Smith Took my money and never showed ripoff San Lorenzo California
My company chartered a Bus from Fabian Smith at pacific Excursions for a Giants game on June 9th 2007. We paid in full months before the event, and we had contact with him until the day of the event. He assured us that everything would be fine, he would be ther to pick us up at 11 am to take us to the game.
Well what do you know he never showed up. We have tried to contact him a number of times and have written him letters but no answer and no refund. I also filed a complaint with the BBB, the case was closed because he didn't answer.
Please don't make the mistake we did. If you hear the name FABIAN SMITH OR PACIFIC EXCURSIONS. RUN. RUN LIKE YOU HAVE NEVER RAN BEFORE.
