I found them online ..called and got the info for two people to get on a Bus to Reno. They said to get a Moneypak/Green Dot card for $140.00. and the day of the trip We were at the bus stop at 8:45 and no bus came until 9:30 and they had no idea who we were. Told us Pacific Excursions was a rip-off and we had to pay the new people on the bus 100.00 additional dollars. All weekend long Pac. Exc. never answered the phone.nor returned anycalls. My Sicilian Uncles are most upset behind this.
