I googled him and in Seattle there is a court case that he got over on a bunch of people who invested and they all lost their money. He is a thief plain and simple. I have no business called Pacific Fin ED...
this person who calls himself David (Stephen Carstensen) is a disgruntled "possible" contactor I hired as on a "test" to do graphic design.
He did terrible,, unporfessional work for which I paid him for 50% and the rest on my satisfaction, which was not even close...
He could not follow direction and every time I suggested some changes he'd do something completely different.
Because of his very unprofessional approach, we decided not to continue.. just business...
Factually he never used my financial services, basically because
1. he's completely broke,
2. is documented an ex-con due to drug dealing, on and on ( this is the thanks we get for giving him a chance!)
3.he is also threatening another very well established and successful ex employer with similar "reposts" if sherefuses to meet certain demands...
