I've ordered stuff from these guys before, and never, never had a problem until now. Back last month (September 14th and 16th) I ordered two HP PCs for my work and home. The first order was finally delivered on October 14th, one month after I ordered and paid for it. The second machine still hasn't made it here to the house. They don't answer their phones, never call back when you leave a voicemail, and email is the only way you can get them to respond. They told me today they'd refund my money. Frankly, all they had to do was to ship out another machine, or give me a freebee of some sort, and all would have been forgiven. It's a shame too, because they seemed to have some pretty good deals and I was looking forward to doing more business with them in the future. But I guess not now. H**l of a way to run a business! All I can say is buyer beware. I'll do another post when my credit actually shows up on my card.
