Complaint Review: Pacific Green Moving - NATIONWIDE TOP MOVERS

 Pacific Green Movers gave me a quote for 3195.00  based on 1700 cubic feet for a move from vacaville to Spokane, Wa. The Quote was based on a list of items that i gave to them from another moving company ,that did a walk through the pastors house that we were moving. Moving day came and they showed up in a rental penske truck. Switch the bill of lating to Nationwide top  movers. So they wouldn't take the check we sent for the 60% down,pastor had to get another check from his bank. They packed a few items and loaded the truck. Told pastor after they were done that he had 3000 cubic feet, and they needed another $4500.00 and with the packing the total bill came to $9200.00. The pastor paid bill and called me that night. The deal is I've been in the moving business over 30 years so i called Pacific Green and got a hold of Nicole Smith She told me i didn't know what i was talking about until i pointed out to her that a rental penske truck 26 foot only holds 1400 cubic feet. not 3000 as they claimed. Her answer was we had a new guy and he thought he had a different truck. So she drop the the bill to 6500.00  and was going to send me a packing list, that was two weeks ago. They charged for 80 rolls of tape, wraping furniture in plastic, they should have had blankets  and rubber bands for that. This company is a total rip off, do not use them. I want to find a a few more people that have been ripped off and start a class action suit.
