Pacific Heights Financial Center is a scam with the exact same story line as Stratford Financial Services.
You can get you a loan if you pay upfront for loan insurance. The person at Pacific Heights was Simone Freeman and phone number was 1-866-964-4154. I told Simone when she called me that ii is a scam for companies to request money for a loan up front. She quickly hung up.

A big clue that this is a scam is that their website doesnt have an About Us page, no where does it say what state or country they are in, or any page saying what the intrest will be on loans.
