We saw a commercial on one of the local newscasts here in San Diego that auditions are being held for kids that may be interested in acting and modeling. The auditions were held at the Westin Hotel in downtown San Diego, there were hundreds of kids and parents there. My children did well in their auditions, a talent scout was there and told my wife and I that he would contact us if the children passed. We received a phone call the following day stating that our kids made it and had the potential to be great actors, we were told to come in and do the paper work to get them enrolled in the academy, they even told us since we were enrolling both our kids they would give us a discount at $2450 each and not to tell the other parents (turns out everyone else was getting the same rate.

The kids went to their first class of 6 last month (1 scheduled each month) at the Mariott and everything went well there, they got their home work and told to paractice their lines & how to act in front of the camera, the instructor there kept telling us that the kids were great and would have a good chance of landing a job once they were done with the classes, everything looked legit at the time, then we get the email this morning informing us that the Agency has run out of money and are in the process of filing for bankruptcy.

Please help!!! We just want our money refunded to us
