Pacific Monarch Grand Vacation Lied, cheated me out of money, won't let me sell Encino, California U.S.A. California
My second husband signed up for this timeshare crap..and I have since been divorced from here for the past 10years plus. I have been trying to get rid of this but the resort place won't buy it back and said that if I wnat to sell it I need my ex-husband to sign off on it. He hasn't made any maintenance fees for it since it was purchased. I have never used it..but every year...I have to pay for it. and the price is outrageous for something I don't use. I have asked them to send me something so that I can sell it. All I get is the run-around.
I get the "sell your timeshare" stuff in the mail all the time. I even created a "web page" for $500 to try and sell my timeshare a few years back. Stupid me..didn't realize that also was a scam. I'm so sick of paying for something I don't use and can't sell cause my "ex-husband" needs to sign off on it. They should see that is was never used and I paid a lot of money for it. I wish they would have said that this is something you can never get rid of...probably not even after death.
