Complaint Review: PACIFIC PRIME LENDING

This company claims to provide fresh mortgage leads to mortgage companies. Prime Pacific Mortgage Lending claims to be in the Hard Money/Sub-Prime Market and actively seeks cleints for loans. They claim to market extensively and want to hand off fresh leads to defray their marketing costs. The leads are supposed to be exclusive and the borrowers are supposed to have excellent credit and therfore are a step above the clients that this company claims to lend money to.
We obtained less than 50% of the leads that were promissed and most of the leads either said they wer not interested or had already completed the transaction. When I called to complain they sent me some of the leads that I had already contacted.

Stale,recycled, dead-end leads. The company is still advertising on Craigs list for sales reps. (Rip-off in action) Earn 182K a year at my expense! Call today
