I ordered a scooter for a Christmas gift (the X-360 color black) thru an online company advancedelectricscooters.com When the product arrived it was incomplete, broken, and unsafe.

Instead of completely replacing the scooter the company said that I could order parts...I have essentially re-ordered every part on the scooter except for the battery pack. I have had to attempt to take apart and re-assemble the entire damaged product.

Every time I attempt to fix the scooter another piece is found to be damaged....trunk, base, handle bars, mechanics of the handle bars (ball bearings just falling out) HOW SAFE CAN THIS BE? But I am told by the manufactorer (which is X-treme Scooters) that they do not refund or replace...they just send parts and they claim they have been more than generous with my part replacement???? well yeah ya idiots everything was busted on the scooter when I got it! duh!!!!

I believe this scooter is a complete LEMON! My brother also ordered a scooter from them (the burgundy color) and his came almost completely assembled and looks and runs GREAT! So I know the company can have a decent product...but you are literally "bent over a barrel" if your product comes damaged! I was NEVER asking for a refund...I only ever asked for a quality REPLACEMENT and still denied!

I am out $199 and want to spread the word anyway I can! Avoid doing business with any of these companies!!!!!
