Fast talking saleman in the front made many promises, the only thing true was the price we would pay $8,000 for the membership and that we would talk to a travel agent company. I've tried to use A2Z for nearly 3 years now. Everytime I go to book anything, cruise, condo, hotel I've gotten it cheaper on my own or within dollars of the same price online. There has never been any great deals as promised, I've talked to A2Z many times about this. They say well you have to tell us if it's not a good and well make it better. I've done that, the last time they just came back and said what we gave you is the best we can do, I booke it myself to get the savings. What a waste of my money. I will not be paying the annual fee anymore and will be thowing away $8,000.
Part of the reason we agreed was they said they had a company that would sell our timeshare for us. That company never came through either. I wonder if they just hand out cards to get the sale and the person on the other end of the phone gets a kickback for saying they can sell the time share quickly.
Oh and the free 2 night 3 day give away they promise to get you there. Scam also I follow all the fine print gave 2 different dates months apart in the off seasons both times. All I got was a letter saying we can book either one try again or lose your deposit. Another scam.
I wish the AG would put an end to all their scams.
