Pacific Telecom Communications Group Card Services, Creative Solutions Credit Card Scam Los Angeles, California
Card Services Scam with a twist.
First, they ignore do not call registry.
Next, by registering as a phony telephone company in Washingon, Oregon & California, they control the following telephone exchanges:

Now the twist - when pressed, the person on the line, after identifying the company as "Card Services", then gave the company name of "Creative Solutions" and a business address of Gatlin Blvd, Orlando Fl.
A quick search indicates that there IS a company named Creative Solutions on Gatlin Blvd in Orlando that was formed in June, 2011 by a Martin Hidalgo. It is impossible to tell at this point if this individual is connected with Steve Hamilton, the owner of Pacific Telecom Communications Group.
Beware. This is a phone operation designed to fish legitimate credit card and personal info from unwary consumers.

This company and its owners are easy to find.They run under the names united credit foundation and Usfinance.com llc and the owner is Tom Boggs of Orlando ..You can contact him at 407-591-2435..His business is also in his wifes name which is Felita Ellsworth Boggs.They bank at Fairwinds Credit Union on Sand Lake Road.Usfinance.com llc is an apartment on South conway road orlando which you can pull up on Corporatewiki.If you would like more details please feel free to contact me.
