I'm just glad I caught this after the first charge. I was billed $59.90 for something I've never even heard of (Web tools), let alone ordered.

When I tried to contact them I was transfered to 4 different people. The final person told me I had to obtain a police report saying my card was stolen. By who? You guys apparently! She proceeded to tell that there were 2 forms of information I had to fill out for this charge to take place. Kinda funny, the when these 2 forms were filled out, I was on vacation in New Orleans.

Anyway, they refused to refund my money unless I had a police report. I've contacted my bank and had all payments, to this so called business, stopped. I now have to stop by the bank and fill out a report on what took place. They are attempting a funds recovery for me.

I will post an update after the outcome.

Do what they say-- get the police report

I have been through the fire with Pacific Webworks and I got every dime of my money back.

Get the police report.

If a debit card transaction, file a protest with your bank and get copies of all the paperwork. If a credit card, file a protest with your credit card company.

KEEP COPIES OF EVERYTHING!

I called these folks, was instructed to FAX the police report and other documents to them, ATTEN: FRAUD DIVISION and I had my money back in less than a week. I got their fax number off their website.

You have to keep after them, hound them with phone calls and e-mails.

I also filed a report with the FBI and e-mailed my complaint to the Salt Lake City Police Department.

You can file an online complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which I did.

Leave no stone unturned, let it be known that you are serious.

I got no notice from them that my refund had been granted, I got the pleasant surprise when balancing my checkbook the following month.

Your persistence will pay off if you stick with it.
