I too, ordered a Quickbooks packet for only the cost of shipping. It turned out to have absolutely NOTHING to do with Quickbooks, instead was a packet of useless papers on EAuction. I noticed the first charges in June and reported it to my debit card company, they filed a dispute, so I felt everything was taken care of. However, it happened again in August, when I called my debit card company, they told me they were still trying to get a response from the company. This morning, I once again had charges taken off of my card. This is a total of $155.33 that I have been charged, and for what?????

I called the company today, hoping I could get some questions answered, but the operator in the "billing department" says I have to file a police report for credit card fraud. When I told her that wasn't the case unless they were pleading guilty, and asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told the supervisors do not accept calls, that is what they are there for. This is the ONLY company I have EVER had to contact in which a supervisor refuses to accept calls. Pretty FISHY. The money that was taken had been set aside for my son's class ring, so now I have to figure out how I am going to replace that money. I have not figured out how to get a refund just yet, I have, however, figured out how to keep them from doing this to me again. I am canceling my card and having it replaced.
