Complaint Review: Pacific WebWorks.Inc.

I ordered a free pamplet and was charged $4.95 for shipping for something that I never got. Then I was charged $49.90 for who knows what. I called on 5/18/07 and canceled the account they said I had which I did not know that I had.

The billing department sent me an email (from a brian.pacificwebworks.com) saying the account has been closed effective :5/18/2007 9:04:14AM.This included all services related to this account. Your cancellation confrimation number is: 113582.

But when I was checking our charge account today there was another charge for $49.90 on 5/22/07.

So I decided to do a little more looking on the internet and when I searched by the name I found out that it is a scam company by going to the Ripoff website. I like many others that I see are a victim of Pacific Webworks.
Beware that when you use ebay to read all the small print no matter how long it takes. and be sure to uncheck all boxes.
