Complaint Review: Pacific Webworks

Pacific Webworks has a major scam going. They have charged my credit card 49.90, unauthorized. They provide nothing for this fee, and do not disclose ahead of time.

My credit card will stop curther charges, as most will if you request. Getting back the 49.90 may not be so easy. Not sure.

I have made repeated calls in an attempt to cancel and get more information. The person who answers puts me on hold (forever) and in about 20 minutes a message comes on that they are unable to 'take your call at this time'. This needs a Federal investigation! I would like to know if anyone has physically visited the address shown for this ripoff artist.

My contact with them was through MyPoints, with whom I am also filing a complaint. They want to know if their 'base' clients are honest. I will post further news when received.
