Pacific Webworks ongoing un-authorized credit card charges Salt Lake City Utah
In April of 2007, I ordered an online auction kit from this company, for something like $5.00. The fine print at the bottom of the page stated that there would be an ongoing monthly fee, once the account was activated. I never recieved the kit and never activated the account. Yet Webworks continually charged my credit card for some thing I never recieved or used. Because a relative handles the monthly bill paying, I never found out about it for 6 months. When I called Webworks about this they claimed "there was nothing they could do.
