Complaint Review: Pacific Webworks

I received an email for an ebay auction kit and decided to order it for 4.95. After filling in my credit card information I received an email for a website that already had a user id and passcode. I called up Pacific Webworks to get a refund of 49.90, but they implied that I had filled out the user id and passcode myself. I told them I never used this website and that I was going to report them to Better Business Bureau. They told me to go head but they were not refunding my money.
