Complaint Review: Pacific Webworks

Pacific Webworks is a total Fraud. They billed me for $4.95 for shipping and never sent me anything. When I complained and wanted a refund, they sent me out an envelope that cost $1.00 to mail! When I complained I didn't want this, they refused to help. Good luck contacting them - they have you on hold for 45 minutes until you finally hang up.

When I finally did get someone, I told her I did not want to be put on hold for another 45 minutes just to have to hang up. She hung up on me! When I called back and asked her if she was the one that hung up on me, she slammed the phone down in my ear again! When I called back, she had the machine come on that said the mailbox was full.

I emailed them and told them I would be filing a report against them if they did not contact me, and there has been NO reply. This is a warning to everyone to STAY AWAY from this company. Their toll-free number is (800) 497-4988. GOOD LUCK, THOUGH.
