I hired them to market my patented tool. They were suppose to market it to tool companies. They promised us that they could sell it to companies but all i got was $8980.00 in papers nothing else. They constantly harassed us for payments. My husband got sick and had a heart attack worrying over this stuff. Now 8 years later all we got is broke and nothing but broken promises, $8980.00 worth. We want our money back.

First and foremost I am deeply sorry that your husband is still ill.  This must be a very difficult time.  My thoughts are with you.

To address your concerns, we at Pacific World Marketing originally signed the marketing agreement November 30, 2010.  On October 24th, 2011 we sent an email that stated we had not received payment for five (5) months.  We then again sent an email on August27, 2012 stating that the account was now eleven (11) months past due, and we still continued to market the product.  This process can sometimes be frustrating, difficult and very time consuming.

In September of 2013 we received a letter from your husband stating due to financial reasons he wanted us to stop marketing his product.  I then spoke with your husband and made it clear that my biggest concern was for him to focus and concentrate on his health and that I would continue to market the product even after taking into consideration the delinquency of the account.  We then continued to market the product for a year and a half.

I can honestly say in the 4 years of marketing your product, we went beyond the call of duty to assist in the marketing efforts of your product.  Our concern was not your payment but to do the best we can to secure a successful agreement. We continued to market the product without receiving a payment.

Here is a quote from a current Client:

“I just want to personally thank you for still working with us.  Times are a bit hard for both Bryan and I and money is a little tight, but for you to NOT give up on us and just dismiss us and our product really means a lot and we appreciate everything you do.  Thank you so much Ken.  You are a blessing”.

We do not give up on our clients because they are late on a payment or run into a financial hardship!  Pacific World Marketing is entering our 12th year in business.  We make it very clear the road to licensing is a long journey that we accept.  One of our client’s products took 5 1/2 years to secure a license agreement.  5 1/2 years and now that product is licensed!

Nothing would give us greater joy than to make that phone call letting you know we have a company interested in your product.
