Complaint Review: Pacifico Marple Ford

Supposedly you get a free oil change when you get a new car their... (After paying too much for the car to begin with) Well I take the car to get the oil change, and I even supplied my own oil (I use synthetic). 35 dollars charged. They say its for the tire rotation. Since when does it cost 35 dollars for a tire rotation? Not only that, I got talked into the fuel injection service (car has 15000 miles) and while it does feel more responsive, it cost 100 dollars. They wouldn't accept my 10% off coupon that is on their website! They said that you need to present it before the service, and that I can bring it next time I need service. (Funny because the coupon expires next month! Some good that will do me!) It says nothing anywhere about needing to show the coupon before service, and they didn't take the 10% off my bill. So what started off as a free oil change ended up costing me close to 140 dollars. And I even supplied the oil. What a sham. They didn't even fill out my maintenance record in the maintenance guide that came with the car. I had it sitting in the bag with the oil and clearly noted. Nothing was even filled out. Do youself a favor, and learn how to work on your own car. You will save hundreds of dollars.
