Everything was working fine for my first VoIP service until their November 2004 move in which my service stopped working. After serveral calls to their Out-Sourced (India) based tech support which they said needed to be reffered to a senior tech, no one ever called or my service every returned back to normal. This went on for months while being charged 19.99. At times I called and their billing department could not even pull up my account due to tech problems with the billing systems. In May I said enough is enough and switched to Vonage (They are perfect, no problems) and called to cancel my service which took several days due to problems with their computers. After getting a nice "we have cancelled your account" letter, I asked them about my 6 month refund for the times i was in tech support limbo, and this is what they sent...
