Do Not use Paddock Pools! My experience so far has been extremely frustrating. I was told by the salesman, Powell, that this company has changed for the better, with a new owner and construction crew. This is most definitely a big fat lie! All the previous complaints I read here seem to be about the same issues. NO return calls, delayed or NO work, and most of all POOR costumer service.
I have had a hole in my yard for a month now and no one has scheduled any further work to be done. I keep getting the same story. "working on schedules, I will get back to you" However, when I call or email for an udate, NO response!
I wonder how long it will be before I hear from a concerned employee?????
As for right now, NO ONE at Paddock Pools seems to care that I'm upset. Maybe the news reporter for channel 3 on your side had it right... we are "stuck waiting on results"
