I hired Paddock on Jan.30, 2012 to re-plaster my pool. I can write a novel about the numerous times they didn't show up after I took day off work to make sure they had access( not calling me once to say they wouldnt be there), as well as how horrible the customer service dept. handled situations. I am appalled by how horrible the experience has been. I now sit with a chipped out pool after 31 days from the day work began. Save you money and go with another company. We Fix Ugly Pools is coming to pick up where Paddock left off.
