Complaint Review: PADILLA BULMER SHIRDEL.

 Well here is the latest report on the WECOSIGN saga ; It continues with a series set for Bravo TV; Lies deciet greed all of the above.

To bring you up to date, it appears as though the judge in the civil case brought forward and appointed a court recievier to take over a "closed down company" that was allegedly ruined by PADILLA III a former employee and his attorney ARASH SHIRDEL who has his own reasons for being involved : (ie) A partnership with a like company that was started from the idea created by a guy named Jakubaitis. Shirdels company formerly called letuscosign now called Co-Signer.com in Las Vegas, thus his imnterest in being the attorney for Padilla III at a cost plus arrangement.

Anyway as it goes the three some go into court( Bulmer, Padilla & Shirdel in tow with an Ex-Parte order looking for the company that was shut down previously (DA) I think Jakubaitis told them that, but anyway as it goes the three some come into court armed with affadavits under the penalty of perjury and this is what we found out from the documents ; What is interesting is that Patrick Bulmer is supposed to be un-biased as a court appointed financial genius........ yet he arrives here at hiis own cost stays with Shirdel and Padilla and writes his own briefs OMG  The first word out of his mouth is fraud... another OMG jeez this guy emulate s Padilla and his lawyer Shirdel : My guess is we will see another name added to the 40 Million Dollar suit against Padilla AND sHIRDEL ; Oh by the way Padilla told a court clerk he was going to be out of the country but he mysteriously shows up in court when it benefits him. As it goes we examined the three declarations One Shirdels his isnt even worth commenting on because of the documents rhetorical nature. We know Shirdel has an inside interest to get Jakubaitis, and wants to keep his Las Vegas company running with none other than Milton T Ault ; (the porno king) at the helm . So its in his best interest to keep thematter pressing ; that being said we now turn to the Padilla III declaration. In the Padilla declaration Padilla states under the penalty of perjury another new scenario we have not heard before; Padilla asserts that he worte the code for the WECOSIGN web site. Thats interesting Ive uploaded a document that shows that Padilla III never wrote a single line of code because he cant. The code for the web site WECOSIGN was apparently written by a yound kid of 18 years old and he and his partners wrote all of the programming from a company they called web rockstar...So Padilla III is doing what WECOSIGN and Jakubaitis charged him with "Lying" again and his Partner Shirdel an Orange conty Lawyer backs him up.

Now they have hired this Patrick Bulmer who is supposed to be an un-biased  court ordered reciever who puts out declarations` we dedacted an excerpt : Bulmer says "last week I visited an office and I was told by somebody that the company was out of business and left with all of the stuff because of a legal problem and WECOSIGN took off with all of the asetts and IP. This is a guy who says he has done a thorough investigation : accordingly his words mirror Padilla Shirdel and the Serio's to include David and Steven AKA the king of the ponzi' "serial borthers" as in zekes rewards. as a note  by the way public records show that Serio was evicted for a third time in November by his girlfriend. This is the padilla support group. One orange county lawyer steps forward and states the folloowing: They dont tell the truth and they dont because of  they can't. Another lawyer describes Shirdel as Slippery as a greased washer or trying to wrap your arms around smoke.
