Complaint Review: Paetec Communications Inc.

 A representative contacted me on my cell phone, stating it was in responce to my federal grant inquiry. But I had never made any such inquiry. He went on to confirm my name and address. Then he gave me my personal approval ID number and the dollar amount I was going to recieve. After hanging up, he said I would need to contact my account specialist, Eric Brown, at the Federal Reserve Bank. But the phone number he gave me, for Mr. Brown was for Paetec Communications inc. So I decided to do some research and learned there have been numerous complaints against Paetec Communications inc. not only on this web site bur also with the FCC. So I filed my complaint with both.
