Complaint Review: Page Computers

Page Computer.com sent me the wrong item, then when i complained for 3 weeks, they offered to replace the item AFTER I purchased the RIGHT one, then I could get a RMA number to send back the old one that was incorrectly sent to me. I did as I was asked, and ordered the right one, then received the RMA number by telephone and sent back the wrong one. When they got the item, they said it wasn't eligible for return because I had opened it, (of course I did *sshole, how else did I know it was the wrong model?) So they sent it back to me and I had to even pay for the shipping back to me, and told me I was sh*t out of luck. After arguing with them for three weeks they told me to "f*ck off" and not call again.
