Complaint Review: Page Plus Cellular

This company did exactly as the other reader said- Mine was worse  the rep from page plus assured me that i could renew my 29.99 talk and text plan - But it didn't work - they try to say its my fault - they eventually promise a refund when I prove to them they did not set my plan up correct and I had to pay twice - I waited for the refund and never got it - when i called to check on the status they would say they didn't know what i was talking about - other reps would see the notes that I was due a refund (for thier misatake!) My advice - pay with a credit card and call your bank when companies like this screw you over - US bank got my money back - But then page Plus blocked My account so I ported my number to (((competitor's name redacted))) -way better - telcom companies hate when you port numbers away to other co.-  because its costs them - so a big middle finger to Page Plus - HAHA

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome.
