Double-charged my card, shut off my phone when I disputed the extra charge, they still owe me 30 days of service. They expect me to pay double to reinstate the phone.

You can't get past the initial customer service rep to talk to someone in accounting to have them look to see for themselves that they've charged me three times now for 1 month of service. I've sent them a copy of my statement and highlighted the transactions. They say I have to wait 72 hours for someone to bother to look at it.

DO NOT USE PAGEPLUS OR TRACFONE. They will rip you off!

 AVOID Trac-Fone, Net10 or any of the other names they go by. It is WELL KNOWN in the industry they have the WORST customer service of ANY company in the universe. Among their peers, they are the laughing stock in the cellular world. Call one of the major companies. Most of them offer pay-as-you-go plans unlimited.
