Complaint Review: Pagoo answering service for my computer

I had Pagoo as the answering service on my pc last year, paid them $60.00 for a years service. This year after I paid for another years service, they cant seem to get it hooked up and working. I emailed them I wanted to cancel this service because it did not work and to refund my money and they said they didnt give refunds. I think this is a big rip off. I have lost $60.00 for no service at all.
